Double-Bottom Tanks
Ideal for the production of ricotta, cheese, and jams, Magnabosco's double-bottom tanks reduce cooking times, steam consumption, and noise. They are available in various standard versions or can be custom-made to meet specific client needs. The tanks come complete with thermal insulation, an automatic agitator, a curd-cutting system (including fully automatic options), electro-pneumatic valves, and a heating system with 1, 2, or 3 chambers, capable of an operating pressure up to 8 bar.
