Stainless steel multipurpose unit with integrated heating system (from 50 to 3000 liters). It functions as a self-contained dairy plant that can also be used in a modular configuration: for example, two 500-liter Malgamatic units combined with a 3000-liter pasteurizer powered by the Malgamatic’s boiler can process up to 12,000 liters of milk per day, with low operating costs and minimal space requirements.
The Malgamatic is, in fact, the simplest technology available, also thanks to the PLC with programmable recipes, which allows for optimized use of space and production times.
Its high processing speed enables multiple production cycles per day, and it is possible to produce “gentle” ricotta, similar to that obtained with a double-bottom vat. The Malgamatic can operate on GPL, diesel, wood, or electricity.
The Malgamatic is not merely a self-contained multipurpose unit; it is a fully integrated dairy plant within a single machine.
