CIP Washing Unit
CIP Washing Unit, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, skid-mounted (or pre-assembled). The system is composed of: Three vertical stainless steel tanks/vessels.
Complete with:
- Thermal insulation of the tank shell using high
- Efficiency glass wool with a stainless steel cladding/covering.
- Three manways (or top access hatches).
- Two stainless steel tubular heat exchangers (or coils) with associated condensate drainers and filters.
- Three stainless steel probe assemblies for high and low level control.
- One centrifugal electric pump for the washing delivery/discharge.
- One control panel with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
- One set of piping for interconnections.
