Malgamatic
A versatile, self-contained stainless steel unit (from 50 to 3000 Lt.) used successfully by dairies, alpine farms, and agricultural businesses for the production of cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, and yogurt. The Malgamatic is the simplest technology, thanks to its PLC with programmable recipes, which optimizes space and time and allows for production without the need for a boiler or specific permits. Its speed enables multiple processing cycles per day, and it can produce soft ricotta in the same way as a double-bottom tank. The Malgamatic can operate on LPG, methane, diesel, wood, and electricity.
