Cogeneration Plant – Electrical Power and Process or Clean Steam

This plant is designed for the production of technological or clean steam with a variable output from 150 to 1000 kg/h and an operating pressure between 1 and 20 bar. The plant utilizes exhaust gases to power the boiler, allowing for steam production at zero cost.

Depending on operational needs, the plant can be supplied in a standard version or with automated management via PLC. The structure may involve the use of vertical boilers for outputs up to 500 kg/h, or horizontal boilers for higher capacities, up to 2500 kg/h.

The system's efficiency can be further increased by integrating a hybrid module: this solution allows for the generation of up to 20% of the total steam using electrical energy, usually self-produced.
