Clean and Pure Steam Generators mod. GVR – Stainless Steel
To produce clean steam, pure steam, food-grade steam.
The GVR-I stainless steel boiler line stands out for the direct production of clean steam. It can be equipped with a gas, light oil, dual-fuel, or alternative fuel burner. A hybrid version is also available, which combines the use of electrical energy and thermal energy to produce steam. These machines are extremely efficient thanks to the possibility of combining energy recovery with the economizer and the steam superheater. They combine the traditional robustness of jacketed and water-tube generators with simplicity and intuitiveness of use. Supplied in both base and custom configurations, these generators adapt precisely to various industrial contexts, among which the food, textile, healthcare, chemical-pharmaceutical, and cosmetics sectors stand out. The strengths include a solid structure, rapid start-up, and the capacity to handle sudden peak loads. The adaptability of the stainless steel series is enhanced by the provision for a steam superheater (standard on specific models) and by a wide range of additional components, such as:
- Automation and Control: Management via PLC.
- Energy Efficiency: Installation of an economizer to increase thermal efficiency by 3% to 5%.
- A skid where all Hydraulic components can be housed: Integration of a second pump, deaerator and automatic timed blowdown system, feed water tank, water softener, reverse osmosis system, blowdown tank to cool down wastewater.
To optimize fluid treatment, kits for feed water above 80°C can be requested. The user can also define the surface treatment of the boiler body (such as pickling or electropolishing). The maximum reliability of each machine is guaranteed by a hot functional test systematically carried out at our facility.
