The GVR-I and GVE-I stainless steel boiler line is characterized by its compact footprint, intuitive operation, and extreme reactivity in steam generation. These generators, available in both standard and custom configurations, adapt precisely to various industrial contexts, notably the food, textile, healthcare, chemical-pharmaceutical, and cosmetics sectors. Key strengths include a robust structure, rapid start-up, and the ability to manage sudden peak loads. The adaptability of the stainless-steel series is enhanced by the provision for a steam superheater (standard on specific models) and a wide range of additional components, such as:
- Automation and Control: Management via PLC.
- Energy Efficiency: Installation of an economizer to increase thermal efficiency by 3% to 5%.
- Hydraulic Components: Integration of a second pump, deaerator, and automatic timed blowdown system.
To optimize fluid treatment, kits for water exceeding 80°C, softening plants, or reverse osmosis systems can be requested. All equipment can be installed on an elongated skid base. The user can also define the surface treatment of the boiler body (such as pickling or electropolishing). The maximum reliability of every machine is guaranteed by a systematic hot functional test carried out prior to delivery.
